CHEER Co-Op exists to provide a safe, supportive community for eligible CHEER members and their families where they work together to provide academic and elective classes for their children.

CHEER is a true co-operative, and not a drop-off program.

The following serves as a general guide to our co-op classes. While offerings may vary each year as the Lord provides teachers, we strive to include at least one class from each of these academic areas.

Elementary:

• PE

• Science (varies, past examples- Botany, Anatomy, Earth Science, Animals)

• Social Studies (history, geography, etc.)

• Art or other hands-on craft-type class

• Variety of electives (past examples- Music, JA BizTown, Book Club)

Middle School:

• Writing

• Science (varies, past examples- Anatomy, Forensics, Physics & Chemistry, Earth Science, Intro to Engineering, Science in the Atomic Age)

• PE

• Social Studies (history, geography, etc.)

• Variety of electives (past examples- JA BizTown, Art, Music, Mock Trial, Sewing)

High School:

• Writing (Composition and/or Literature) 

• Social Studies (history, apologetics, etc.)

• Biology, with labs

• Physical Science, with labs

• Chemistry, with labs (every other year)

• Physics, with labs (every other year)

• Variety of electives (past examples- Photography, Yearbook, Mock Trial, Foreign Language, Finance, Speech, Economics)
